Afternoon Tea & Belle Etoile Penthouse Suite at Le Meurice (Paris, France)

One of the most popular luxury hotels amongst the fashion crowd in Paris is Le Meurice. This elegant hotel is central to most of the “must see” tourist spots like the Louvre Museum or Musée d’Orsay (each a 10-minute walk from the hotel), across the street from Jardin des Tuileries, and Place de la Concorde is within walking distance as well.

We were so lucky to see one of the hotel’s most luxurious suites – the Belle Etoile Penthouse Suite. It’s a very unique penthouse that has a terrace that gives you a 360° view of Paris. It’s breathtaking to see all of Paris for yourself. (A short video from my iPhone below.) It also has one of the most dreamiest, very spacious master marble bathrooms I have seen in a while! The master bedroom is also spacious and has lots of natural light flooding in with views of Paris on both sides.

For those who follow one of the famous Parisian pastry chefs, Cedric Grolet, has his namesake pâtisserie is within the hotel but since we wanted to dine in, we had a very delicious and lovely afternoon tea at Restaurant Le Dalí.
