Pat LaFrieda: The White Label Burgers

I had the recent pleasure of working with Pat LaFrieda Jr. and his wonderful team for photographing their special White Label burgers.

You might be inquiring what would make them so special? My answer would be it’s usually made only for super chef Michael White for his restaurant Ai Fiori – and the restaurant only serve this for lunch. This label is a mix of chuck, brisket, short rib, and aged rib-eye. When the burger is cooked to a medium rare, it’s rich, luscious, hefty (it’s a half pound of meat for each patty) and have incredible depth of flavor.
