Exterior and Interior Last weekend when I attended Dan’s Taste of Two Forks in the Hamptons, I planned my visit around the Forks of Long Island by hitting the best stops whenever possible. One of them was Tate’s Bakeshop in Southampton. Why? I am a fan of Kathleen King’s (the owner/founder of Tate’s) über thin chocolate chip cookies. Dan’s Taste of Two Forks, Salmon wrapped in cucumber, Chilled mango soup with snapper ceviche & Fontina Stromboli Last night was Dan’s Taste of Two Forks at Sayre Park in the Hamptons. This food event celebrate the wineries and restaurants from both the North and South Forks of Long Island. The event is also a benefit for East End food pantries through Have a Heart Community Trust.
