Thank goodness for warmer weather. This would make us New Yorkers want to get out and socialize. For me, that means go out and attend food events! Here are a list of food events that I think are worthwhile going to this page will be periodically updated):

Admittedly, this is not my standard food event listing but hell, it’s a music festival weekend with an awesome lineup of artists performing like the Black Keys, Snoop Dog, Girl Talk and so many notable artists from the genres of Blues, Rock, Hip-Hop, Electronic, Reggae and Indie. This festival have emphasis on site artistry, interactive experiences and experimentation as the musical entertainment itself, Catalpa is filling what we see as a gap for an event quite beyond the ordinary in New York City. There will be food and drinks sold at the site.
Tickets (not including travel options) are $139.99 for the Advanced Weekend Pass, which is a General Admissions pass valid for the entire Catalpa Festival weekend; Regular Weekend Pass (not available at publication time) is $179.99; VIP tickets: $239 for the Early Bird, which grants you access to the express entrance to the festival, VIP Lounge, premium main stage viewing area, and a VIP Host.
