Thank goodness for warmer weather. This would make us New Yorkers want to get out and socialize. For me, that means go out and attend food events! Here are a list of food events that I think are worthwhile going to this page will be periodically updated):

4th Annual New York Culinary Experience
What: A hands-on cooking classes with more than 30 prominent chefs (mostly from the NYC area) such as David Bouley of Bouley and Brushstroke; Francois Payard of Francois Payard Bakery; Christina Tosi of Momofuku Milk Bar; Jean-Georges Vongerichten of Jean Georges; Brooks Headby of Del Posto; Dan Kluger of ABC Kitchen; George Mendes of Aldea, and many more. Co-hosted by Gillian Duffy, Culinary Editor of New York magazine and Dorothy Cann Hamilton, Founder and CEO of The International Culinary Center.

A portion of the proceeds from the event will support The Future Chefs Scholarship, a program at The International Culinary Center established to provide scholarships for students who wish to pursue their dream of attending culinary school.
