When it comes to the holiday season and I’m entertaining my family and friends, it’s a constant feeding, baking/cooking frenzy that I have to get up at the early hours of the morning to prep for the day of the big dinner (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, you name it). Two nights ago, I was invited to the Penthouse Suite of Sheraton Times Square to celebrate the second year of Sheraton Social Hour (links to their Facebook page), sponsored by one of my favorite Champagnes, Nicolas Feuillate. Like last year, the party was fabulous – good food, very good wines, we’re all in a gorgeous suite that has views of Times Square, a glimpse of Central Park, and the Hudson River.
