When I came across the pear coffee cake recipe from the famed restaurant team of Eleven Madison Park’s book, I Love New York: Ingredients and Recipes it struck me as an interesting variation of that cake since I never had it made with fruit. [Tradutor] Exterior and Interior Last weekend when I attended Dan’s Taste of Two Forks in the Hamptons, I planned my visit around the Forks of Long Island by hitting the best stops whenever possible. One of them was Tate’s Bakeshop in Southampton. Why? I am a fan of Kathleen King’s (the owner/founder of Tate’s) über thin chocolate chip cookies.
