From just that one picture, it looks serene and spacious. I love pig's foot too. The only gripe i have against it is that it's labor intensive, but it looks like babbo has that solved. (though in my mind they are not weird) I had the exact same feeling when I had the lamb's brain francobolli - it didn't have enough brain flavor! Once with someone who knew the wine director and 2nd time on my own. The food and service was great the first time I ate there which is to be expected. The 2nd time the food was less spectacular and the service was downright awful mostly because they were trying to shove us out the door so fast. I do love the octopus app though.
